[Oct, 2026] K-ASIC Highlights Silicon Valley Semiconductor Innovation at PACE Group Seminar Vol. 3
Santa Clara, CA | October 7, 2026 – The Korea AI & System IC Innovation Center (K-ASIC) supported PACE Group Seminar Vol. 3, bringing together semiconductor professionals, technology leaders, and industry experts from across Silicon Valley.
Organized by PACE, a semiconductor professional community supported by K-ASIC, the event took place at Santa Clara, providing a platform for technical knowledge sharing, professional networking, and industry collaboration.
Connecting Silicon Valley's Semiconductor Community
PACE Group Seminar Vol. 3 continued the community's efforts to bring together professionals working across the semiconductor industry.
The event provided an opportunity for attendees to exchange industry perspectives, discuss emerging technologies, and build professional relationships within Silicon Valley's semiconductor ecosystem.
Through its support of PACE, K-ASIC continues to encourage engagement between Korean semiconductor professionals and the broader U.S. technology community.
Keynote: Accelerating the Future of Custom Silicon with AI
The keynote session, titled “Accelerating the Future of Custom Silicon with AI,” was delivered by Dr. Jiwoo Pak, Founding Member of Technical Staff at Ricursive Intelligence.
Dr. Pak previously served as Software Engineering Director in the Digital & Signoff Group at Cadence Design Systems and contributed to Google's AlphaChip project. Her presentation explored the intersection of artificial intelligence and semiconductor design, highlighting how AI-driven technologies are influencing the development of custom silicon.
Ricursive Intelligence focuses on developing AI technologies for chip design, bringing together expertise in AI research, electronic design automation, and semiconductor engineering.
Industry Networking and Collaboration
Following the keynote, participants joined an industry networking dinner designed to encourage deeper conversations among professionals with shared technical interests.
Unlike conventional large-scale networking events, PACE emphasizes “Impact over Volume,” prioritizing meaningful professional connections and technical exchange over attendance numbers.
The invitation-only format brought together participants from across the semiconductor ecosystem, creating opportunities to exchange perspectives on technology development, industry trends, and potential collaboration.
Strengthening the Silicon Valley Semiconductor Ecosystem
PACE, which stands for Process, AI, Chips & Engineering, evolved from Bay Area K-Group's Hardware & Device community into a semiconductor-focused professional network in the second half of 2025.
Through seminars such as Vol. 3, PACE provides a platform for engineers, researchers, entrepreneurs, investors, and industry professionals to connect and share expertise.
As a supporter of PACE, K-ASIC remains committed to strengthening connections between Korean semiconductor professionals and Silicon Valley's global technology ecosystem, fostering opportunities for knowledge exchange and long-term collaboration.
Stay connected with K-ASIC for more updates on semiconductor innovation, industry events, and global ecosystem partnerships.
